Position Purpose

Aircraft Mechanic Instructor is responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive instruction in assigned courses, ensuring that students grasp both theoretical concepts and practical applications in aircraft maintenance. In addition to teaching, the instructor manages essential administrative tasks, such as maintaining records, assessing student performance, and collaborating with faculty to enhance the curriculum. This role is pivotal in fostering a supportive learning environment that promotes student success and prepares them for careers in the aviation industry.

Key Duties

• Provide engaging and effective teaching in aircraft maintenance principles while developing curricula that aligns with industry standards.
• Create a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and offers individualized support to enhance student success.
• Oversee administrative responsibilities, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
