Job Description

Century Sales & Management is looking for a hardworking, dependable, honest, self-motivated, and mechanically-minded individual to join our Maintenance Team.

Attention to quality, knowledge of the situation, and speed will be critical to your success.

The successful candidate will have a maintenance background, good organizational, time management, and communication skills, and a positive, upbeat, and teachable attitude. Experience in some or all of the following areas is a huge plus :

General maintenance
Plumbing and Electrical
HVAC
Carpentry
Grounds and exterior work
Locks & keys
Appliance Repair

Other requirements include the following :

Various physical demands include pushing, pulling, lifting, climbing, crawling, crouching, and the ability to move items up to 50 pounds or more without assistance.

Valid driver’s license, current vehicle insurance, and a safe driving record

Must have own set of basic tools and equipment.

Benefits :

Your pay will be based on experience in a related field, certifications, and qualifications.

You will recive a company phone and tech.

This permanent full-time position is typically 40 hours per week with overtime and a rotating on-call schedule with the rest of the team.

After 60 days, Century also offers the opportunity to enroll in a full benefits package that includes partial company-subsidized health insurance, paid life and long-term disability, as well as optional Dental, Vision, and supplemental insurance. 401K and PTO eligibility start from day one.

You may also receive your own company van to drive (with qualifications).
