Amentum is seeking a Custodial Supervisor - Night Shift to join our team in McLean, Virginia! As a Custodial Supervisor, you will perform assignments under the direction of the Services Branch Manager. Individual will manage the daily custodial operations of the account to include, but not limited to, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, providing high quality service levels, training and coaching employees, adhering to company policies and procedures and ensuring a safe working environment. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret / SCI US Government security. Note : US citizenship is required to obtain a Top Secret / SCI security clearance.

Shift : Nights (3 : 30 PM - 12 : 00 Midnight Monday - Friday)

• Supervise employees responsible for keeping buildings and equipment clean, orderly and presentable at all times. Ensure overall success on present Agency contract.
• Inspect work areas, work in progress and work completed.
• Confer with Branch Manager regarding custodial activities and problems.
• Respond to customer questions and complaints to ensure positive resolution.
• Ensure adequate supply inventory.
• Recommend and implement improved work methods and procedures.
• Ensure that all safety policies and procedures are enforced.
• Maintain high Security standards in department at all times.
• Report any building deficiencies to BOC.
• Prepare written disciplinary actions, memos and employee performance appraisal.
• Ensure all time and attendance records are kept up to date.
• Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, streamline work processes and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.
• Enforce a consistent training program for department.
• Inspect all equipment for proper operation.
• Effectively maintain a professional and supportive relationship with all other departments on contract.
• Willing to work any hours to ensure success of project or event.
• Perform related duties as assigned and required.
