Overview Innova Solutions is partnering with a client that is actively seeking to hire an experienced Marketing Coordinator – Digital Marketing Support for an immediate opening. Job title : Marketing Coordinator – Digital Marketing Support. Employment Type : Full-time (Contract). Contract Duration : 6+ months. Location : Charlotte, NC (Uptown) – Hybrid (2 days remote / 3 days in office).

Project Overview This contractor will support the marketing team responsible for executing and managing invitations and materials for hundreds of events annually across various lines of business. You will be involved in coordinating marketing content, stakeholder communication, and ensuring all materials meet compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities Support sponsorship marketing efforts, including materials development, logo distribution, and ad coordination

Act as a liaison between internal design teams, stakeholders, and compliance / regulatory teams

Develop and coordinate : Flyers, Brochures, Biographies, Meeting agendas

Manage and track necessary regulatory approvals

Top Required Skills Experience coordinating and executing diverse types of marketing materials

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and design studio tools

Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms – especially mobile and social media

Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate within large corporate environments

Experience working in business-to-business (B2B) services

Pay Range $35.00 / hr - $39.00 / hr
