We are seeking a Manager of Account Management to lead and inspire a team of 6 Account Managers focused on driving expansion growth across our customer base. This leader will coach, develop, and scale the team to achieve quota attainment, improve customer satisfaction, and deepen adoption of EverHealth solutions.

Where : Boston, MA
This role is based in our Woburn, MA office, right at the intersection of I-93 and I-95 making commuting easy from Boston, the North Shore, Metro West, Southern NH and beyond. The office is designed with convenience and comfort in mind : free onsite parking, an onsite gym, a cafeteria and kitchen, and plenty of nearby amenities. Being just steps off the highway means you'll spend less time in traffic and more time doing work that matters. While this role is primarily in-office (3 days per week) to encourage collaboration and growth, we also support flexibility as needed.
Benefits and Perks
Compensation : The target base compensation for this position is $165,000 to $175,000 USD per year with a variable component included. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
