6am – 4pm, M-F with ½ day Saturdays when necessary (5am – 10am), The Saturdays are sometimes every other weekend.

Job Description

• The Machinists Supervisor is directing and overseeing the day-to-day activities of a team of CNC machinists.
• This aspect of the role involves examining production schedules and deadlines and determining how to best schedule employees and activities to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
• The CNC supervisor may also provide direct, hands-on support in programming and overseeing CNC machine operation.
• They MUST have machining experience with the ability to program G-Code at the machine.
• They’re not just looking for another Supervisor.

Qualifications

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS :

5+ years of experience as a Machinist in a production environment

2+ years of recent experience programming with G-Cod

Experience with CNC Machines, band saws, and plasma tables

Recent experience as a supervisor

Okay with shift - 6am-4pm M-F with ½ day Sat

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS :

Experience with CNC maintenance and repair

Experience with Fanuc

Experience with custom equipment / machinery
