CRNA Care Model :  1 physician to 3 CRNAs

Case Mix : General Surgery

Endoscopy

Vascular

OB (Low epidural rate, approx. 100 deliveries / month)

Orthopedics

Bariatric Surgery

UroGyn

No Hearts, Neurosurgery, or Thoracic Cases

Low Pediatric Volume – Primarily Adult Patients

Single Campus Coverage :  No travel required; CRNAs cover  only Samaritan Hospital

EMR :  Epic

7 ORs onsite

Spinal & Epidural proficiency required

Required Certifications :

NBCRNA  – Required

BLS, ACLS, PALS  – Required

NY State License – Required
