Property Electrician

We move fast around here, and we need a Property Electrician to help keep our top-tier electrical systems running smoothly. You'll play a key role in maintaining some of the coolest buildings in St. Pete. From routine maintenance to safety procedures, you'll support the electrical backbone of our campus.

Position Responsibilities

Partner with the Lead Campus Electrician to maintain all campus electrical systems, including lighting, emergency lighting, lighting controls, and backup power.

Support electrical projects, including permitted work and inspections.

Manage electrical supply and material inventories for repairs and projects.

Troubleshoot and repair power interruptions, outages, and lighting issues.

Maintain and service ATS / MTS equipment and backup generators.

Provide temporary power for eventshandling setup, monitoring, and breakdown per manufacturer guidelines.

Perform regular preventive maintenance (PM), including scans and inspections of all electrical systems.

Coordinate with outside contractors on equipment service and repairs.

Support property and facilities-related work across campuswe work as one team.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of related work experience in a commercial property setting (or equivalent education / experience).

Proficiency with PCs, tablets, Energy Management Systems (EMS), building automation, and fire alarm systems.

Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated leadership ability.

Vocational / technical training certificate or college degree in a related field required.

Journeyman level license or above is a plus.

Must meet health and physical qualifications for the role.
