About Waybridge Clinics
Waybridge Clinics is a growing mental health practice focused on delivering effective, evidence-based care for patients struggling with depression and common co-occurring mood disorders. In addition to traditional psychiatric practice and medication management, we specialize in advanced interventional treatments including IV ketamine, Spravato (esketamine), and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS).
We are seeking a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our Omaha clinic as Clinic Director. We anticipate approximately 32 clinical hours / week of direct patient care in addition to approximately 2-4 hours / week of administrative responsibilities related to the Clinic Director role.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for adult patients (ages 18+)
- Develop treatment plans and provide ongoing clinical oversight for interventional therapies, including Spravato, and TMS
- Lead a multidisciplinary team including RNs, medical assistants, and other NPs to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical and compliance standards
- Participate in internal case reviews, clinical meetings, and quality improvement initiatives
- Contribute to a calm, supportive, and patient-centered clinical environment
Qualifications
Current board certification as a PMHNP-BCActive licensure in Nebraska (or eligibility to obtain it)At least 5 years of experience providing psychiatric care in an outpatient setting preferredStrong clinical judgment and ability to work independently in a collaborative care modelInterest or experience in interventional psychiatry is strongly preferred; training will be provided if neededCompensation and Benefits
