Developmental Disabilities Treatment Team Leader

The primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Responsible for providing administrative leadership to the 24-hour staffing office operations
  • Regularly review systems and procedures and implement recommendations for improvement of the office
  • Generate status reports of data trends and recommend solutions
  • Systemize timesheet submission with managers to facilitate times sheet are submitted on intended schedule
  • Address attendance with supervisors / managers for subordinate staff
  • Lead the impending Cascade Bidding process, oversees posting information accuracy, track all changes in vacancies, track accuracy of staffing minimums
  • Track adherence to the Overtime Policy, including making site visits for compliance to posting of float lists, overtime rosters, accurate 28 Day work schedules on site compared to the staffing office copy
  • Oversee the Overtime Attestation sheet, FFDs are in place as applicable
  • Operationalize documents electronically shared among residences and staffing office and others as necessary
  • Create systemic tracking, oversight, and accountability for staff training compliance
  • Oversee new staff utilization, performance evals, probationary evals for residential sites
  • When on site check on HER entries and provide reports to support internal controls
  • Will serve as liaison between residential managers, residential team leaders and leadership in regard to staff utilization
  • Principal liaison with ERO and HR re : OIL, Administrative Leave, Bereavement, Medical Leave, etc. to ensure consistent application of agency procedures
  • Will serve as an Administrator on Duty (AOD) on a rotational basis
  • Serve on various committees inclusive of Region 5 Policy committee
  • May be assigned to assist with management of residential, habilitation sites when needed and under the direction of the DDPS

Minimum qualifications :

Competitive : Candidates must be reachable for appointment on the Current Civil Service Eligible List. Promotion : Current employee of OPWDD and one or two years of permanent competitive or 55 b / c service in one of the following titles and reachable for appointment on the Current Civil Service Eligible List.
