We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Registered Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our healthcare facility, ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our patients. Your leadership and nursing expertise will play a vital role in creating a positive and supportive environment for both patients and staff.

Compensation :

$75,000 - $82,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Provide direct patient care, including catheterization, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Manage the delivery of care services, including utilization management, and ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with our policies and procedures.
• Oversee the operation of our assisted living facility, ensuring that all patients receive the care they need to thrive.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior nursing staff to help them grow professionally and improve patient care.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
