SureStay Hotels is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Digital Records Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing digital records to ensure efficient access and retrieval of information. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for organization, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

  • Digitize physical records and documents for electronic storage
  • Organize and maintain digital records in a systematic and accessible manner
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of digital records
  • Assist in the development and implementation of record management policies and procedures
  • Provide support in retrieving and disseminating information from digital records

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Prior experience in records management or data entry is a plus
