Must-Have :

Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans.

Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.

Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

Description :

Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.

Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and family.

Effectively communicates pertinent patient and family information to the healthcare team.

Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.

The unit has a daily census of 18.6 and a 6 : 1 patient-nurse ratio.

Nurses will be responsible for Wound Care and Blood Transfusions.

Candidates with experience limited to Sub Acute care will not be accepted.

The unit works collaboratively in an interdisciplinary manner.

Nurses must have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
