Join us as our newest Business Development Manager in Human Health
As a Business Development Manager in our Human Health division, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales of our probiotic solutions. You will identify and develop strategic partnerships, expand our customer base, and ensure our biosolutions meet the evolving needs of health-focused brands and manufacturers.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset. They will have the ability to utilize available resources, and team members to drive new projects and sales across North America. This is a role with the purpose of driving growth through our entire portfolio and manufacturing capabilities.

In this role you'll make an impact by :
To Succeed you must hold :
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably within the health, wellness, dietary supplement, or food and beverage sectors.
Strong understanding of the probiotics industry and product development processes with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technical or science-driven environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to assess market needs and identify opportunities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with a remote work environment (if applicable).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global matrix organization
