Position : RN-ER-Emergency Department (Travel / Contract)

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure effective treatment plans.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.
Stay updated on the latest emergency care practices and technologies.
Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments.
Assist in triaging patients based on severity of conditions.
Engage in performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families about care plans.
Utilize data and metrics to assess and improve care delivery.
Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
Experience / Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Experience in emergency room nursing or critical care settings.
Ability to triage patients effectively based on conditions.
Strong knowledge of emergency care protocols and practices.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Proficient in monitoring and documenting patient care accurately.
Excellent communication skills with patients and families.
Willingness to receive and act on performance evaluations.
Familiarity with using data to assess care delivery improvements.
