A company is looking for a UKG Ready HR SR Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Implement the UKG Ready solution, focusing on various HR modules

Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate them into system configurations

Deliver end-user training and collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders for successful project outcomes

Required Qualifications

Strong functional experience with HCM systems, especially UKG Ready

Hands-on expertise in UKG Ready configuration and deployment

Solid understanding of U.S. HR compliance and best practices

Experience with Benefit Administration and Plan Setup

Comfortable working within structured project environments
