This position works 40 hours a week. Your specific responsibilities include :

• Reviews and processes all Hernando CHD invoices for payment following established procedures.
• Maintains voucher files, tracks all outstanding warrants, follows up ensuring prompt payment of all invoices within state guidelines.
• Ensures all documentation is available and complete for the appropriate voucher file and the purchasing card holders WIORKS submissions.
• Coordinates with vendors and staff members in the resolution of problems and questions to process payments.
• Creates contracts between Hernando DOH and community partners.
• Researches and applies for grants applicable to Hernando DOH services.
