Position Highlights

  • Great schedule options of Monday-Friday approximately 7 : 30am - 3 : 30pm, or 4 x 10-hour shifts
  • Travel is required with full mileage reimbursement as you drive between locations in a designated territory, but an internal team assists with creating your schedule for convenience to maximize your time with the utmost efficiency
  • Benefit from a work-life balance with no weekends, evenings, on-call, or holidays
  • All necessary equipment, medical supplies, and training is provided
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized care plans
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation within 24 hours of patient visits on EHR

  • You work in a dynamic, multi-site practice environment with a high degree of autonomy
  • Your vehicle is the cornerstone of this practice, enabling efficient movement and the delivery of consistent, expert care across the local healthcare system

  • Highly competitive base salary and uncapped RVU bonus structure with proven earnings of 175K+ potential

    • Candidate Requirements

  • Must hold an active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification
  • A graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner program
  • At least one year of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is required
  • A clinical background in adult, family, geriatric, surgical, and / or wound care is preferred
  • A willingness to obtain multi-state licensure (covered)
  • While one year of wound care experience is preferred, the company also provides additional training
