Construction Manager is responsible for managing / overseeing Lighting & Mechanical Retrofits at a large industrial facility.

Responsibilities include :

Managing safety protocols, subcontractors, QA / QC, site logistics, Procore document management, daily reports, 3-week look-ahead schedules, stakeholder meetings, and other assignments as needed.

Qualifications :

Experience in managing lighting and mechanical retrofits.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain an electronic construction document system.

Ability to organize and run stakeholder construction meetings.

Experience Level : Mid-career (5-7 years of experience) or equivalent years of experience in lieu of formal education.
