Job Description

Adelphi is seeking a Language Facilitator to provide services to students at a school district in Providence, Rhode Island.

The ideal candidate will work closely with school teams to provide communication and language skills in accordance with established guidelines and standards of practice.

Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
  • Registered with Rhode Island Department of Health

    • Responsibilities :

  • Deliver individual and group speech therapy sessions under the direction of a remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
  • Follow the assigned therapy schedule and ensure all students receive their designated sessions on time.
  • Assist the remote SLP in organizing and managing school-based therapy caseloads efficiently.
  • Serve as the liaison between the remote SLP, students, parents, and school staff.
  • Work independently while moving between sessions throughout the school day to meet productivity goals.
  • Record session data, track student progress, and submit regular updates to the supervising SLP.
  • Accept guidance from the supervising SLP and apply feedback to improve therapy techniques and performance.
