We are seeking an Industrial Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, field coordination, and implementation.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from groundbreaking through close-out
- Schedule subcontractors
- Manage subcontractors, review plan documents and submittal documents
- Interface with project inspectors, subcontractors, design team, city and county officials, and others as needed
- Update schedules, manage subcontractor meetings, maintain field logs, manage safety requirements
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to plan and specification documents
