About the Role :

The Store Manager will be responsible for driving business results through exceptional client experiences, team leadership, and operational excellence. This individual will lead by example on the sales floor, fostering a positive and motivating atmosphere that reflects the brand’s elevated standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and develop the store team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized outreach and styling expertise
• Coach and motivate associates through consistent, on-the-floor feedback and performance management
• Partner with cross-functional teams on visual merchandising, operations, and HR initiatives
• Ensure the store reflects the brand’s image through visual excellence and attention to detail
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability
• Oversee payroll, scheduling, and other operational processes to ensure smooth daily execution
