• Shift : 12 hours, days, nights

Ratios : 1 : 1–2

On-Call : May be placed on call for low census; no additional required call shifts

Weekends : Every other weekend (total of 12 shifts during the contract)

Floating : Yes, within scope and between like units / sister facilities as needed

Note :

During hurricane season (June–November, peak in August–September) , staff may be assigned to emergency response teams. Travelers uncomfortable with this should avoid confirming new or extended contracts during this period.
