What Youll Do as a BCBA :

Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans

Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments

Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands-on training and support

Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care

Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards

Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings

What Youll Need :

Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB

Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

At least 1 year of experience in ABA with direct supervision of RBTs (preferred)

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards

Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Schedule & Location :

Location : Chesterfield MO (in-home and community-based services)

Hours : Flexible schedules available;

full-time typically 3040 hours / week

part time typically 15-20 hours / week
