Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating within a network environment. Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Loopio, OpenAsset and Vantage Point is a plus. Experience in the Architecture / Engineering industry is preferred, but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-intensive, deadline-driven environment with staff members of all levels. A team player who is detail-oriented and able to work quickly and efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously.
Overview
Weston & Sampson is currently seeking a Proposal Writer with 5-10 years of experience to join our Marketing team at any of our office locations or in a remote role.
Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination and preparation of proposals, working directly with technical staff.
- Write and edit proposal content, marketing collateral materials, and award submittals.
- Provide occasional support for client interviews.
