Schedule : 13-week Contract

Night 36hrs (3x12) 19 : 00-07 : 30

Job Summary

ATC Healthcare is seeking a skilled Medical / Surgical Telemetry Nurse (RN) for an assignment in the Medical-Surgical unit in Elizabethtown, KY. The primary responsibility of the Medical / Surgical Telemetry Nurse is to provide specialized care to patients in medical-surgical units, with a focus on telemetry monitoring. The nurse is responsible for monitoring patients' vital signs and interpreting telemetry data to ensure timely interventions.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring patient’s vital signs
• Checking blood pressure
• Administering IVs and other medications
• Using tests to diagnose medical issues
• Continuous monitoring of patients using telemetry equipment, ensuring early detection of any abnormalities
• O2 protocol management
• Non-invasive airway management, Peripheral line care / management
• Isolation precaution / PPE
• Nurse to patient Ratios 1 : 6-8
