The Parlour Room is currently seeking experienced hospitality driven Servers who are skilled at creating memorable guest experiences to join their team.

Located in the heart of Midtown, The Parlour Room provides an elegant dining experience with refined American fare, craft cocktails, and 400+ whiskies. The space is rather sultry with velvet booths, tassel bar lamps, wood-burning fireplace and a 1920s Italian Baroque chandelier. Other furnishings custom-made and designed to embrace the whiskey experience. The ideal server candidate is enthusiastic, a team player, and is a true agent of hospitality.

Requirements

• 2 years’ experience as a Server in a similar environment
• Considerable knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, classic cocktails
• Strong, upbeat, and positive personality
• Passion for food, beverage and hospitality
• Priority for menu knowledge : learn, retain and command it
• Team player : work with others like a rock star while constantly advocating for your guests
• Excellent communication skills
• Commitment to high standards with impeccable attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Must have flexible schedule availability and open to work weekends and late nights
• Current, legal and unrestricted ability to work in The United States
• Big Plus : Food Service Handler Card and TIPS certification that is currently valid for a minimum of at least 6 months
