Our company built its reputation on the belief that our customers deserve nothing less than the "World’s Greatest Plumbers."Position OverviewAckerman Plumbing is seeking an Account Executive to join our team and drive sales for our commercial plumbing service business. As an Account Executive, you will be developing strong relationships with new and existing customers, identifying opportunities, and closing service work.Primary Responsibilities

  • Prospect leads and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations; negotiate terms; manage full sales cycle through to close.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting sales revenue, margin, and product / service mix targets.
  • Keep detailed records of customer conversations and follow-ups.
  • Assess customer plumbing systems to determine age, condition, and scope of maintenance or project needs.
  • Participate in training, sales meetings, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Stay informed on industry developments and competitive activity.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of sales experience in plumbing, mechanical, or construction services.
  • Experience selling commercial service contracts, maintenance programs, or construction projects preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Existing network in commercial facilities, property management, or construction strongly preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license required (company vehicle provided if needed or reimbursement available).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range : $60K to $80K depending on experience, plus incentive compensation opportunities.

  • Travel RequirementsThis position requires occasional regional travel to project sites within Florida. A company vehicle and gas card are provided for all business-related travel. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
