Position Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Payroll Clerk to join our accounting team. This position is responsible for performing a variety of accounting and administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the finance department, including managing vendor payments, customer invoicing, and employee payroll.

Key Responsibilities :

Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

Review, match, and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.

Prepare and issue vendor payments and customer billing statements.

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely posting of transactions.

Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Respond to vendor and employee inquiries regarding payments and payroll.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Assist with reporting, audits, and other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in accounting or business preferred.

2+ years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and / or payroll functions.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with accounting software preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
