We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Site Assessment Project Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal to our operations in the construction industry and presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to various high-profile projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site assessments, overseeing project teams, and ensuring all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a proactive mindset, an eye for detail, and a strong ability to multitask.
Responsibilities :
1. Oversee and manage all aspects of site assessments, including planning, execution, and completion of projects.
2. Coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders such as clients, contractors, and team members to ensure a smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
3. Develop and implement project plans, risk management plans, and project schedules.
4. Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
5. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all relevant information is available for team members and stakeholders.
6. Perform quality assurance and control checks to ensure all work meets or exceeds the standards set.
7. Identify and manage potential risks and issues, implementing necessary changes to mitigate impact.
8. Provide regular project updates to senior management, reporting on project status, challenges, and achievements.
9. Foster a positive work environment that encourages team performance and drives success.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
4. Proven track record of successfully managing site assessment projects.
5. Excellent leadership skills with an ability to manage and motivate teams.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
8. Proficiency in project management software tools.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Strong attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
