  • REQUIRED PROCEDURES

  • Provide consultations, admissions, and follow-up oncology care
  • Conduct hospital rounding as needed
  • Collaborate with APPs for consults, follow-ups, orders, and patient management
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Licenses : Active Illinois license
  • Board : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology
  • DEA : Active DEA required
  • Certifications : ACLS required; CSR license required
  • Experience : Minimum 1 year in specialty
  • Other Qualifications : Ability to coordinate care with multidisciplinary cancer team
  • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide direct patient care including consultations, admissions, and follow-up care
  • Conduct hospital rounding as needed
  • Collaborate with in-practice APPs for patient management
  • Coordinate care with the multidisciplinary cancer team
  • Provide coverage when the PRN Medical Oncologist is not on-site
