Optum is seeking a Nurse Practitioner HouseCalls Statewide Traveler to join our HouseCalls team in Iowa. Optum is a clinician-led care organization, that is creating a seamless health journey for patients across the care continuum.

As a member of the broader Home and Community Care team, you’ll provide annual clinical assessments to patients in the comfort of their homes. This important preventive care helps identify and reduce health risks for patients, in addition to coordinating appropriate follow-up care to improve health and well-being.

This role requires travel across the entire state of

• , approximately 85% of the time. All travel expenses are covered, and there is likewise a base salary plus multiple incentives.

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
