Property Management Associates is seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant with expertise in finding and screening tenants for properties near the USC campus.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct property tours with prospective tenants, showcasing the community's features and amenities and turn prospects into residents.
• Guide applicants through the application process and execute lease signings efficiently.
• Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and promote property vacancies.
• Effectively turn prospects into residents by providing a seamless and positive leasing experience.
