We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Account Specialist . In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, managing orders from entry to delivery while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage customer accounts by processing orders, monitoring order status, and ensuring timely fulfillment.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing proactive updates.
Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and finance to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
Maintain accurate customer records, order data, and account information in CRM and ERP systems.
Identify opportunities to improve order management processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications :
2+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or order processing (manufacturing or distribution experience preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP / CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
Pay Details : $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
