Sales Executive - Chinese Bilingual

Position :  Sales Executive (Full-time)

Industry : Japanese Food Distributor

Location : Chamblee, Georgia

Work Hours : Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM, 1hour lunch

【Essential Job Functions】

• Meet the monthly and annual sales quota as designated by the manager.
• Develop and maintain relationship with potential and existing clients in the designated areas /  regions; visit customers to provide support, share information, and sell the Company's products.
• Identify and explore potential new clients through various methods, including networking, referrals and cold calls.
• Conduct market research, develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned region.
• Coordinate with the accounting department to assure the collection of payment in a timely manner.
• Collect past due payments from customers.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and building rapport; troubleshoot product-related issues and handle complaints; resolve them in a timely manner and escalate to the management as needed.
• Collaborate with purchasing department, warehouse, and other involved parties to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are distributed properly.
• Coordinate urgent deliveries with the customer to accommodate their needs.
• Travel to other locations to meet with clients as needed.
• Educate customers on how the products or services can benefit them.
• Input and update orders within the Company database in a timely manner.
• Maintain and safely operate the Company vehicle as per the Company Vehicle Policy.
• Participate in the weekly sales meetings.
• Attend semiannual inventory count on designated day, possibly on a weekend.
• Attend Company events and functions outside of normal working hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Obligation to answer to all management as requested.

o Noise Level : Normal to loud

o Location : Indoor in the office and at least 50% of the time in the field visiting customers, restaurants, wholesalers, distributors, etc.
