Position Overview

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Junior Communications Coordinator to support our internal and external communication efforts. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, teamwork, and helping ensure smooth communication across departments and with clients.

Responsibilities :

• Assist with daily communication between internal teams and external partners
• Prepare, review, and distribute internal memos, client updates, and meeting summaries
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and follow-ups for communication projects
• Support the preparation of company materials, presentations, and documents
• Maintain accurate records of correspondence and documentation
• Assist in event coordination, meetings, and staff communications
