JOB SUMMARY :

Messer Cutting Systems offers innovative software programs that effectively streamline processes. Our software solutions are the effective link between our customer’s machine and commercial products. As the Application Support Engineer, you will provide technical and functional customer support of our various software applications through phone support and in-person & remote customer training.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Facilitate remote, in-house, and onsite customer training and support on machine operation, process optimization and CAD / CAM programming software

Remote, in-house and onsite training to customers requires an average of 25% travel, with the potential for higher levels as needed.
