Energy Aspects is an industry-leading data & intelligence provider for global energy commodity markets. As we continue to expand our presence in this region we are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Advisor to join our team.

As a Customer Success Advisor at Energy Aspects, you will be instrumental in supporting the rollout and ongoing success of our Enterprise Data initiative. You will ensure clients achieve maximum value from our data packages (CORE, PRO, TankWatch, Cargo Tracking, LNG Construction Curves), driving adoption, satisfaction, and growth within key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

To excel in this position, you should have strong relationship-building skills along with an ability to quickly become knowledgeable about Energy Aspects' offerings. Prior experience or knowledge of the energy commodity markets would be advantageous. You must also possess excellent communication skills as you'll be responsible for effectively conveying complex information about our services in a clear and concise manner.

Duties Include;

  • Client Onboarding & Training :
  • Lead new enterprise clients through onboarding, ensuring seamless access to and understanding of our data platform and packages.
  • Relationship Management :
  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor for all enterprise data needs.
  • Product Adoption & Engagement :
  • Proactively drive usage and adoption of EA’s enterprise data products, identifying opportunities for clients to leverage additional features or upgrade packages.
  • Support & Troubleshooting :
  • Provide prompt, expert support for technical and data-related queries, collaborating with Data Sales, Product, and Technology teams as needed.
  • Client Education :
  • Deliver engaging training sessions, webinars, and tailored resources to help clients maximise the value of their data subscriptions.
  • Feedback & Advocacy :
  • Collect and communicate client feedback, advocating for client needs and contributing to continuous product and service improvement.
  • Renewals & Expansion :
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management to support renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure high client retention.
  • Reporting & Insights :
  • Monitor client engagement, usage metrics, and satisfaction, providing actionable insights to internal stakeholders.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Data Science, Economics, Engineering)
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; full training will be provided
  • Strong interest in enterprise data products, data analytics, and / or energy markets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data usage and engagement metrics
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data delivery platforms is a plus, but not required
