The Program Manager (PM) at Dominique Dawes Academy will be part of the on-site leadership team, supporting the General Manager in overseeing various aspects of the gym’s successful launch, particularly as it relates to programming, and serving as the in-house gymnastics and ninja expert. They will assist in recruiting and training high-performing coaches, creating a robust program schedule, and ensuring all equipment is prepared to support lesson plan execution leading up to the gym’s opening.

Ongoing, the Program Manager is responsible for the operational and quality aspects of program delivery, with a focus on supporting our core recreational gymnastics and ninja offerings. This role also ensures the successful execution of special programs, including camps, open gyms, birthday parties, and events.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the PM helps coordinate lesson plans, class schedules and rotations, and manage staff, while maintaining high-quality standards and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The PM plays a key role in fostering a fun, safe, and positive environment for children and families, while supporting performance goals such as customer satisfaction, retention, and enrollment growth.
