Director Community Relations / Business Development - Home Care
We are a 16-year-old, award-winning, non-medical home care agency in Orange County , with a focus on north and central OC.
Reporting to the owner, this role is responsible for :
Representing our company and our values to the market
Maintaining constant contact with our existing referral sources
Building new referral sources
Conducting assessments with new prospects and writing care plans, often in conjunction with the owner
Your bonuses are tied directly to growth the more we grow, the more money you make!
Growth can come from your efforts or other relationships the owner has it doesnt matter. When we grow, you benefit! And theres NO CAP on what you can make when you deliver growth, we deliver bonuses.
