We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Delray Beach, Florida. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting processes by effectively communicating with customers.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in handling documents and communications.
  • Dependable and organized, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center environments, or related fields is preferred.
