Duties :

• Design and develop reusable Web Components using Lit.js
• Integrate Lit components into enterprise applications across frameworks (React, Angular, etc.)
• Collaborate with UX designers, backend developers, and product owners
• Optimize performance, accessibility, and responsiveness of UI components
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions within defined timelines and budgets
• Drive technical excellence and innovation in frontend development
