Job Highlights
Set your own primary schedule (Mon-Fri, 8-4) and handle a steady caseload of 25–28 patients per week, with a manageable daily admission load.Minimal travel—typically within a single town or small section—and mileage compensation over 30 miles.Real-time documentation keeps the workload flowing smoothly.Compensation and Perks
Competitive unionized pay : $33.70–$55.01 / hour based on experience.Generous $7,500 sign-on bonus, partially paid at 4 and 12 months.Relocation assistance reviewed case-by-case.Every 4th weekend on rotation, with alternating weekdays off for true work-life balance.Safety and Support
No separate admissions team—you manage your admissions, supported by a thorough intake process that prioritizes everyone’s safety and well-being.Emergency alert system connected to main office and 911, plus full access to patient history via EPIC.Comprehensive orientation with support from PT / OT / RN educators and clinical training up to two weeks as needed.Ideal Candidates
