The Account Administration Assistant III supports sales & administration operations through detailed report creation, account maintenance entries, and order-to-cash transaction processes. This role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision. You'll work with company specific tools as well as industry standards like Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, SharePoint, Oracle, Tableau, Access and Excel VBA macros, while staying current with new technologies including AI and collaboration platforms like Google Workspace. Ideal candidates are proactive, tech-savvy, and skilled communicators with a solid background in administration or sales support.
