Position : Community Engagement Coordinator

Job Type : Part Time (10 Hours Per Week)

Salary : $21.64 / hour

Life Span Range : $21.64 / hour - $24.03 / hour

Work Location : Huntington Beach (Oakview)

Learn more about the Job :

The Community Engagement Coordinator (CEC) will develop, expand, and support the Community Engagement Advisory Council (CEAC) and / or Youth Action Council (YAC) by recruiting volunteers, accessing community needs, facilitating meetings, maintaining an attendance roster, maintaining meeting minutes, planning community events, scheduling trainings, resolving conflict and developing volunteer appreciation opportunities. The CEC is responsible for engaging and supervising volunteers and interns who participate in Family Resource Center (FRC) projects, including life skills workshops, outreach events, community assessments, fundraising activities, community presentations, and trainings that advance a community agenda to effect community-level change.
