The Relationship Manager (RM) position is responsible for the equity compensation relationship within the Wealth Management Client Segments division. They are responsible for partnering with a clients key administrative contacts (Directors and Managers of Stock Plan Administration teams). They must possess a strong working knowledge of equity compensation and relationship management. The Relationship Manager is responsible for the overall satisfaction of the client and will be instrumental in ensuring that the plan is utilizing the various components of our offering to enhance the participant experience.
Service delivery within the corporate client expands beyond the primary administrative contacts. This will include individuals within human resources, benefits, compensation, and finance departments. A successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, proven problem-solving skills, a strong knowledge of equity compensation and stock plans, and a focus on the challenges that face todays administrators. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $185,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
