Steampunk is looking for an experienced Director of Operations with an appetite for taking on new challenges. As part of our team of "Punks," you'll test the status quo, explore new boundaries, and set the bar high for how government clients expect to engage with contractors.

Contributions :

• Be responsible and accountable for all the operational delivery across the sector
• Provide operational support, leadership, and guidance in the current and future operations of the sector
• Lead a growing team of program, project, and technical leaders in providing best in class IT services
• Identify and hire the absolute best leadership we can find for our client delivery teams
• Support, train, and mentor program and project managers for success in the performance of their work

Steampunk relies on several factors to determine salary, including but not limited to geographic location, contractual requirements, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $140,000 to $200,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
