Unit Human Resources Specialist III

The University of Louisville School of Dentistry (ULSD) is seeking to hire a Unit Human Resources Specialist III. The position performs a wide range of HR administrative functions including talent acquisition, consultation, data analytics, employee training and development, and project management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide full cycle talent acquisition to meet hiring and onboarding processes for faculty and staff.
• Provide HR support to faculty and staff.
• Provide HR consultation and guidance to ULSD staff, faculty, and leaders.
• Analyze data trends and metrics and prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
• Research, monitor, and enforce policies to ensure compliance with applicable internal policies / procedures and legal requirements.
• HR project management.
• Liaison with main campus HR to administer FMLA, workers compensation, and benefits.
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
• Facilitate training and development plans on a variety of human resources topics and maintain records of participation.
• Participate in employee engagement planning and execution.
• Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
• Assist with payroll duties as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Target Compensation Maximum : $79,540.00

Target Compensation Minimum : $52,993.00

Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
