Technology Transfer Analyst, Senior

Apply expert knowledge of U.S. export control policies, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and the Department of Defense's (DoD) Technology Security and Foreign Disclosure process to customer problem-sets. Research, analyze, assess, and provide recommendations on the transfer of military and dual-use technologies to foreign countries. Staff technology transfer requests with DoD stakeholder organizations. Process exceptions to the National Disclosure Policy, as required.

Basic Qualifications :

• Knowledge of U.S. export control policies and regulations, and international export control regimes to which the United States is a signatory
• Knowledge of DoD technology transfer stakeholders and processes
• Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in Security Cooperation / Security Assistance (SC / SA), or 10+ years of experience in Security Cooperation / Security Assistance (SC / SA) in lieu of a degree

Additional Qualifications :

Clearance : Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
