Job Summary : In this in-office position, you’ll provide technical support, develop custom solutions for customers, assist the sales team and serve as a key point of contact between customers, development and product specialists.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Providing customer support via phone, email and on-site visits
- Developing solutions for customer-specific applications
- Conducting product training and technical seminars
- Collaborating with internal teams on product issues and development
- Maintaining documentation and technical records
Minimum Qualifications :
Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field)Experience or education in industrial automation / controlsFamiliarity with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens preferred)Strong troubleshooting and communication skillsProficiency in MS Office productsU.S. work authorization requiredValid driver’s license and ability to travel 15–20%Preferred Qualifications :
1–2+ years of technical / customer-facing experience1–2+ years of industrial controls experienceExperience with PLC programming (RSLogix, Step 7)Hands-on electrical systems troubleshootingAbility to travel internationally if necessaryPage 2 Benefits Overview :
